Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-In: 4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we will resend it a week before your stay.
  • Check-Out: 10am
  • Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.

Property Access

  • Accessing this cabin by vehicle is straightforward. The journey primarily consists of main roads, but the last quarter-mile features a winding, uphill drive that can be narrow and steep.
  • There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin using the emailed door code after payment is complete.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 18 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Pet Policy:
    • The pet fee is $100 per dog
    • There is a 2-dog maximum
    • We only allow dogs
    • You will need to bring a crate
    • Please do NOT leave your pet(s) at the property alone unless they are kept in a kennel.
    • The pet fee is non-refundable
    • Please clean up after your pet(s)
    • Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is damage or additional deep cleaning required due to your pet, you will be charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.
    • Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or sleeps on - or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.

Fees and Payments

  • Pet fee: $100 per dog (non-refundable)
  • The 7 Day Cancelation & Damage Fee includes:
    • Cancellation Guarantee: Allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 7 days prior to check-in and receive a full refund (minus the vacay protection fee).
    • Inclement Weather: Some weather conditions can prevent or delay travel; no worries, we will work with you to cancel or move your dates.
    • Damage Coverage: Covers up to $250 of unintentional accidents to the property (any damages that exceed the $250, intentional or unintentional, will be charged to the credit card on file).

  • There's ample level parking for two vehicles on a paved driveway.
